NZBGet : Search

Just started getting the following error message.

unable to connect to nzbget. error getting response stream (readdoneasync2) receivefailure http://localhost 6789/jsonrpc

Restarted both machines, both apps and when testing connection says successful.

I have an unlimited newsdemon acct.

NZBGet has stopped downloading. Internet connection is fine and working. When i tested the connection it failed -- Access Denied - Download Cap hit.

what is the cap? does it reset? how do i get around this?
