If you install NZBGet using installation package from nzbget home page, then you don't need to change "UnrarCmd" from its default value "${AppDir}/unrar". You can download nzbget from nzbget download page. It includes everything what's needed including unrar. Wait, what? Since when? I’ve had to point nzbget to /usr/local/bin/unrar on every Mac I’ve installed it on over the years. You mean that all this time I could’ve left the UnrarCmd field empty in...

I installed nzbget using Homebrew on my Mac Mini HTPC running OS X 10.6.8 Server. I assume that the Homebrew formula would correctly set some of the default settings for running nzbget on OS X.
