If you install NZBGet using installation package from nzbget home page, then you don't need to change "UnrarCmd" from its default value "${AppDir}/unrar". If you install nzbget from some other repository then you probably need to obtain unrar somehow. Thanks for clarifying things. I've never seen "...

You can download nzbget from nzbget download page. It includes everything what's needed including unrar. Wait, what? Since when? I’ve had to point nzbget to /usr/local/bin/unrar on every Mac I’ve installed it on over the years. You mean that all this time I could’ve left the UnrarCmd field empty in...

I installed nzbget using Homebrew on my Mac Mini HTPC running OS X 10.6.8 Server. I assume that the Homebrew formula would correctly set some of the default settings for running nzbget on OS X.
