Re: WebUI does not launch when executing a NZB file

Thanks a bunch hugbug.
I reinstalled it and indeed, choosing the associate checkbox did the trick.
Would be nice to have it as a preference in the app itself but as long as it works, I'm happy!

Thanks again!

Re: WebUI does not launch when executing a NZB file

Just wanted to add that if I manually open the WebUI and add files there, it works.
Just wondering about the default nzb file launch behavior.

Thanks again!

[SOLVED] WebUI does not launch when executing a NZB file

Hi everyone. I used NZBGet on Windows 7 before and when I double clicked a NZB file, it launched the WebUI and started downloading. NZBGet runs in cmdline/dos mode since windows 10 upgrade

Hi there, Ever since I upgraded to Win10 and reinstalled nzbget, when I run an .nzb file, it opens in dos mode. For some reason, the webui will not open and when I manually open it, I don't see the nzb information i'm currently downloading in the cmdline window. In windows 7 it would just fire up th...

Re: NZBGet Starts in DOS Type Mode

Hi there

I am having the same problem.

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and when I open an .nzb file with nzbget, it opens the dos console, not the webui.

Can't seem to find a setting that sends it to the webui as it used to in windows 7.

Any ideas? did you get it to work?
