Finally giving up on this program...

Hi! I'm a long term user of Sabnzbd+ and from time to time I'm checking out alternatives to see if there's anything better out there. NZBGet seems promising, but unfortunately, it doesn't even come close to Sabnzbd+ regarding usability, intuitive usage and functions. Here's why: 1) When downloading ...

Re: Prefixing direct unpacking / downloads?

Thanks for the advice - however, this doesn't seem to work, because I simply want to move the completed download (complete folder) and not just some files of certain type, etc. Seems to be a huge overkill to run that complex script just for copying completed downloads somewhere... I hope there's a b...

Re: Sending requests via HTTP?

Example please?

As I mentioned, there's probably no way to send POST requests with the simple Rainmeter WebParser plugin...

Prefixing direct unpacking / downloads?

Hi! When direct unpack is used, the program creates a folder with the nzb name and within that, it creates an "_unpack" folder. Problem is, that on the level of the download folder DestDir, I can not tell which downloads are complete and which are currently still downloading! That's pretty annoying....

Sending requests via HTTP?

Hi! I need to set the speed rate limit (and enable / disable servers) with a simple HTTP request (from Rainmeters WebParser). It should look something like this: http://localhost:6789/xmlrpc/rate=2000 I've tried all variations, but nothing works. Always getting "Invalid procedure", etc. If I try htt...

Re: [Scan-Script] pfftn (formerly pass-from-file-to-nzbget.py)

I always get the following error (from the messages log): pfftn_3x: C:\Users\Frasier\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python310\python.exe: can't open file 'C:\\ProgramData\\NZBGet\\scripts\\L': [Errno 2] No such file or directory Executing scan-script pfftn_3x.py for gsp{{ADhTmroVpj2h15sIMeBJsYwSJe43g...

Very buggy, unfortunately...

Hi! I'm tresting NZBGet and although it looks very promising, it's full of little (and big) bugs. 1) It crashes randomly - without any error message. It's simply gone from one moment to the next. Seems to happen while downloading (probably with direct unpacking - hard to tell...) 2) When double-clic...

Re: Incorrect special characters after unpacking

' is a valid filename character under Windows. I've successfully renamed the folder after unpacking to "We're the Millers".

Re: Incorrect special characters after unpacking

I've encountered another strange character related issue:

when I enter the name: "We're the Millers"
the queue shows: "We re the Millers"
and double-clicking it shows: "We_re the Millers"

I don't know how it will unpack, because it's still downloading.

Regards!

Re: Incorrect special characters after unpacking

r897 unpacks special characters fine! Currently, everything seems to work - I'll report any issues if there still are any.

Thanks!
