Do you have full access to file system? Use a search function in a file manager app, look for the name of some downloaded file.

There is also a setting in the nzbget control app where you can define where to move files after download.

It's probably VideoSort thinking US is a country code.
Since you use Plex to organize files maybe you don't need VideoSort at all?

Maybe this add-on disables dupe check for items. Click on an item in queue or history, then on button Dupe. Check how option duplicate mode is set. It should be „score“.

To ensure the files were downloaded correctly try unpacking in terminal using unrar.

You can use pp-script EMail.py to get notifications about failed downloads.

NZBGet creates a directory with names same as nzb-name and unpacks all files there. It doesn't do any renaming at all. There are post-processing scripts which do renaming though. In combination with Sonarr/Radarr these apps usually organize files downloaded by nzbget. From your screenshots it looks ...

Because ~ means your home directory.

Download and unpack issues on binhex image is a known issue.

Please use another docker image or install nzbget directly into the system.
