Re: Intermediate Files

The intermediate folder is the folder that is used to store the downloaded files before it's unpacked, renamed and then sent to it's final destination. That's a description of InterDir. DestDir on the other hand is the final destination of downloads. Why would nzbget remove successfully downloaded f...

Re: Intermediate Files

NZBGet keeps failed downloads in InterDir for KeepHistory days.
If a lot of your downloads fail and your disk is too small you can try reducing the history days.

Re: Intermediate Files

What do you mean with intermediate file? And what do you mean with "folder halt all downloads", how a folder can halt downloads? There are no known bugs.

Re: Nzbget 20.0.0 not working on Qnap TS-439

You are trying to use a package built by third party. The authors of this package is probably easier to reach via qnap forum.

Alternatively you can use official nzbget installer from nzbget download page (see links on the top of this page). You need terminal access and basic Linux knowledge.

This slows my disk to a crawl.
No, it's not. Quite the contrary, this improves speed because unpacking into one disk with subsequential copying into another disk is slower.

Anyway what you want is already possible with extension scripts, for example VideoSort or EasySort.

Re: Backup and restore queue

The queue, history and statistics are saved in directory set via option QueueDir. You can move it when NZBGet isn't running. If the path on the destination PC is different then it's better also to open file "queue" in a text editor and replace the paths (using find-replace function); otherwise the q...

Re: [PP-Script] VideoSort - better video sorting

This is weird. Guessit (the underlying library used to analyze filenames) is explicitly told to not detect countries. I'll look into this.
What was the input filename?

Re: "nzbget" in command line doesn't work

Basic how-to on Unix shell: When you type "nzbget" the system searches for executable "nzbget" in search path, which is set by env. variable "PATH". If it can't find the executable the error is printed. It doesn't mean the program isn't somewhere on your disk, it only means it's not in search path. ...

Re: Shell Command to PP-Script

Test if you can start the script from terminal.
Possible cause is the wrong line ending, make sure it's Unix line endings (not Windows).
