Re: Slow download speeds but only for certain files

I can find no common denominator.
- Age of the post?
- The newsserver on which the post is availabe?

... assuming the speed is reproducible.

Re: Error when running through nginx proxy

BTW, can you please check all other files too? I had already done that; a few occurences of "Raphaël" in webui/index.html. Encoding for that ë is "c3 ab" ... brrr ... UTF-8? Googling ... yes: "U+00EB ë c3 ab LATIN SMALL LETTER E WITH DIAERESIS". I don't know if you can put UTF-8 in HTML just like t...

Re: Error when running through nginx proxy

Interesting ... Disclaimer: I know nothing about javascript I found that data.dragging line in fasttable.js (not in fasttable.min.js). And those lines are interesting: Searching for non-US-ASCII: sander@haring:~/nzbget$ grep --color='auto' -P -n "[^\x00-\x7F]" webui/fasttable.js 687: if (data.draggi...

Re: TLS certificate verification failed for nntp.ovpn.to: unable to get issuer certificate.

kiesel, out of curiosity: how do you connect to nntp.ovpn.to I assume with nntps / secured NNTP (not NNTP or HTTP or HTTPS)? And over Internet, or from within a oVPN VPN? Because: https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=nntp.ovpn.to:563 tells there is no valid SSL/TLS on the NNTPS port ...

Re: As of today RC4-MD5 has stopped working for all my news servers

FWIW: RC4, MD5 are on the same list as TLS1 and TLS1.1 ... the DO NOT USE list. Wikipedia: "multiple vulnerabilities have been discovered in RC4". PCI SSC / PCI DSS: "Additionally, use of weak cipher suites or unapproved algorithms – e.g., RC4, MD5, and others – is not allowed." CVE: "The RC4 algori...

Re: As of today RC4-MD5 has stopped working for all my news servers

From the Dockerfile (https://github.com/linuxserver/docker-n ... Dockerfile):

Code: Select all

git clone https://github.com/nzbget/nzbget.git
Wow, they use the git version? So not a release nor a beta/test, but anything that was committed/pushed.

Wow ...

Re: As of today RC4-MD5 has stopped working for all my news servers

So https://hub.docker.com/r/linuxserver/nzbget ? I used that docker image, and I can confirm RC4-MD5 results in that error message. Changelog of the docker image: https://github.com/linuxserver/docker-nzbget/commits/master ... this might be interesting: https://github.com/linuxserver/docker-nzbget/c...

Re: As of today RC4-MD5 has stopped working for all my news servers

Maybe the Docker OS disallowed the RC4-MD5?

It would help if you would tell the 3 newsservers so that someone else (me, hugbug) can verify.
