wouldn't it make more sense to move it behind a firewall to handle that or put it fully in defense mode and use a ssh tunnel or vpn to get onto the local network?

Ressof, I am curious about possible usage and how to program for it. You state you are interested in having a pause state added to the script. This is working great on my machine. debian with i7. I have tested and broken a couple of files on purpose and I have run into no issues.

I was looking into this on the scripting side and I don't think it is something I can fix from python. The error that is. I will look into adding a pause flag and a priorities flag though I will have to add data file it seems. Something to hold the information for the nzb to catch it on the next scan.

This could be a limitation of your nas. SSL adds overhead and computing power needs. You could always try nzbget on your mac and check your results there. This can also be a limiting factor on your providers based on your location and so on. I would try nzbget with the newshosting account and see wh...

Updated git hub source to new standards set by Hugbug in the dev tree.

I believe this should continue to work in old revisions as well as they won't be looking for the header and as far as python cares its all comments.
