Re: Problems adding NZB files

Do not touch any files in QueueDir. Too late. It seemed to be to only thing that allowed me to get going again. By wiping everything out, it is as if I started the program for the first time. As mentioned in the other posting about files hanging around, when a job is done, nzbget seems to not clean...

Re: Problems adding NZB files

Please, will a developer respond to these problems. I just ran into the issue again. I didn't know that nzbget didn't remove it from the queue after the job was done and I had removed the RAR file (in this case), only to discover that the RAR file is still in the queue. And now nzbget refuses to all...

Old files hanging around

While trying to find the location of some files, I've discovered that there are files in the "intermediate" area that have been there for a couple of months now, eating up space. How can I get nzbget to remove these space hogging files? Or can I just remove them manually?

Problems adding NZB files

There are three problems when using the add files dialog: 1) If you fetch some NZB files, but hit cancel and then bring up the dialog again, there is no sign that there are files selected. You don't discover than until you add a NZB file. You could end up with a duplicate. I have that situation. If ...

I'd try pfftn_2x.py from the first post.
So far that seems to be working great.

Re: [Feature Request] Pull download RAR file password from NZB filename

Thanks. I'm not sure which of two scripts to use, so I posted a query in that thread.

Re: [Scan-Script] pfftn (formerly pass-from-file-to-nzbget.py)

I'm a little confused. My configuration: Linux: Fedora Core 27 | Python 2.7.15 | NZBGet 21.0

So, which version of the script should I be using: pfftn_2x.py or pass-from-file-to-nzbget2.6.py?

Thanks.

This is corrected in v21.1.
Thanks. When will 21.1 be ready for downloading? [I know, it is ready when it is ready  ] Only 21.0 is in the announcements.

Settings->About NZBGET not showing version

The changelog for v21.0 has the following: click on nzbget logo in web-interface now switches to downloads tab instead of showing "About dialog" which has been moved into settings (#564); I wasn't sure if I had installed v21.0, so I looked there and guess what... NZBGet's version is not shown. It is...

[Solved] Pull download RAR file password from NZB filename

Every now and then I get a NZB file that has the password in the NZB filename. For example: name_of_video{{abcdefg12345}}.nzb The password is contained within the curly braces. So, how about before the NZB file contents are parsed for downloading, parse the filename to see if it contains a password,...
