You can use %dn in VideoSort and set option VideoExtensions to include all files you need.

Thanks hugbug. That worked great! I put %dn for all naming options (MoviesFormat, SeriesFormat, DatedFormat, OtherTvFormat) so that any and all files would be caught and it now works like a charm. I also renamed VideoSort (both the containing folder and the script file itself) so that I could use two instances of it. Just thought I'd mention that here in case it is of use to others.
