Does it crash when you restart again (is it reproducible)?

No need to test the restart.
I'm just analyzing what the program was doing when the crash has happened.
According to stack trace the crash occurred in the web-server part. And the log suggests the program was just starting.
If it crash again please post the stack trace and log. The more data we have the better are chances for a fix.

I had the same problem, started crashing with the same error and wouldn't start. Checked around in the various directories and had something in the inter directory with a funky filename. As soon as I moved that out it started without issue.

12.0 running on ubuntu 14.04 lts. the directory name was "[ABC].Somefile.[Flood].#2430" the download, or unpacking, or something, wasn't completed. As soon as I trashed that directory it started up just fine.

That's most likely the problem with par-rename feature. Fixed in v13.
