First, thanks for the great piece of software!
I run NZBget as a windows service and would need a way to reload Nzbget with a batch file, (or Powershell alternately). I'm guessing API is the way, but the syntax seems too complicated for me. Perhaps someone could help me out?
I do have Curl also for sending the command.

Run "nzbget.exe --help" for more info and see
Command line reference and
Console mode for details. The doc page seems to miss the reload-command but "nzbget --help" lists it and is always up-to-date.
