had a second crash, last message in debug log looks the same as the previous log:

Please set option PostStrategy=balanced or PostStrategy=sequential to see if there is a difference.

I've found a way to create memory dumps when nzbget crashes and to analyze them in debugger. That should help finding the cause.
The "create memory dump" feature will be available with the next testing release. However instead of waiting for it I could send you current develop version via e-mail.
