Nzb-Files are saved in directory set by option QueueDir. You can open nzb-files in a text editor and inspect their content. That allows you to determine whether nzbget downloads less than requested or the files sent by CP contain less data than you expect.

This is what I find asan exemple in the NZB file located in the QueueDir.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE nzb PUBLIC "-//newzBin//DTD NZB 1.1//EN" "http://www.newzbin.com/DTD/nzb/nzb-1.1.dtd">
<nzb xmlns="http://www.newzbin.com/DTD/2003/nzb">

Then nzbget works properly. You propably need a better source for your nzbs.
