Two possibilities:
- files were uploaded already damaged (this can be verified by downloading the same nzb on another computer).
- hardware issue causing files to be read sometimes correctly, other times with errors - disk, CPU, RAM etc.

For second log:
Quick par-check was OK but full par-check detected many damaged files. That means the files were downloaded without errors but then they were later read from disk they were damaged. That again is a sign of a hardware issue.

If you use software arrays then there is a chance for software issue in that software.

HI

I am really trying to get to the bottom of these errors as they seem varied.
I appreciate your help but could I ask a few further questions, please?
Over the weekend I had an about 50% failure rate:(
But I only had to go into the folder run 7zip and the file was fine only had 1 crc error but that played ok as well.
So why is it if I manually run zip it works but NZBGet is throwing random errors?

Also, i have listed my last 5 Failures in Pastebin.
Please, can you look again to see if there is a common theme of failure?

HI what I meant is out of the 5 files all unzipped and ran no issue. Only 1 had a crc error but that played without issue.

The only ANtivirus i have is Windows 10 Defender but had it switched off for 3 weeks now.
The only other item i have is Malwarebytes Premium

Hi hugbug
I have been working with the Dev on Drivepool and installed a new beta version.
Still not 100% but i downloaded 5 movies today they do not show up as completed but they have downloaded and moved a folder called unpack to my Movies folder and inside the unpack folder is the mkv file!

In relation to the to History folder, i seem to get a missed bag of reports sometimes it says failed sometimes it says nothing. But i can clear that up later when i solve the main issue.
I have a few questions from the Dev from the Drivepool Software.
1. Do you know how/what NZBget is using to unpack the files? (unrar, unzip, etc)
2. What is user account NZBGet running under? If it's a system service, it's running under "SYSTEM" by default.

Not i just installed it as normal i did not config as a service so i guess the answer to Q2 is System!

for Question 1 which versions you're using depends if you changed it Settings => Unpack
if not then go the path where those files are located and run a cmd and start the unrar to know which version you got.
for Question 2 I think it depends on how you've installed it.
right click on your taskbar and start task manager
in processes look up nzbget and right click on it and choose "go to details"
then you will see which user is running it.

You also say that you're running Malware Bytes,
I would suggest to exclude your Destdir and InterDir.
I noticed when using it it would interfere with my download and also slowing the download/unpack using resources to check every part.

100% Download Successful but Freezing Up

HI

For past couple of weeks 50 to 70% of all downloads freeze up after a 100% download is successful.
I go into folder run Par with no issue and then unzip with no issue??

Looked at logs but shows no errors or none I can see.

NZBGet Keeps Shutting Down for no reason

HI Guys

NZBGet keeps shutting down for no apparent reason; about 3 times a week.
It is running on an always-on server and for no reason, it shuts down during downloading or not!!!!!!

Is there a log to check for this ?
