Hello All-
New Qnap/NZBget user here. I went through the installation and config process with relative ease. But when downloading some bigger files I get the Unrar error code 5: no space left on device. I was able to successfully download some other smaller files. Thing is, there is plenty of space for 5-6 episodes on this NAS. In fact there is about 5.5 TB available and 3 more left to scale. I am attaching the NZBGet log for reference. Hoping somebody can help me crack this.
Thanks!

This error message comes straight from unrar, which nzbget uses for unpacking. Try to find another unrar binary.

Bigger files? As in: Above 4 GB?
If so: what filesystem is on the disks? If it's FAT, that's the cause; FAT can't handle files > 4GB files.
Your log files contains a download with a single file sized 4.37 GB ...

I am currently having a similar issue.
I get the error code 5 if I run NZBGet as an Admin. If I just run it it works, However it gives me a move error for some files.
Windows 10 pro
unc\\drive is on an external RAID formatted as ExFat (so it allows file transfers over 4 GB) with CHMOD -R 777
NZBGet is run under admin account (not running with admin privileges) I have full access to shared drive but gives a "access denied" move error unless run with admin privileges.
If I run with Admin privileges I get an "Unpack Space" error "Write error in the file \\?\UNC\raid\Media\Movies\The.Godfather.Part.II.1974.1080p.BluRay.x264.AC3-ETRG-Obfuscated\_unpack\GiAIdNEdinutXV.mp4"
So one way or another I'm screwed.

Have you tested that you can upload large files from that Windows machine to that remote path?
At best try to unpack from command prompt using the same source and destination paths as used in nzbget.
