Long story short I messed up A TON of dupescores. I am looking for a simple way of changing them all like so:
.*720p.* = 20
.*1080p.* = 40
.*2160p.* = 60
I looked through the command line options using --help but I do not see the ability to edit the dupescore. I am attempting to NOT have to remove them all and download them again... Please help!

Not possible via command line interface unfortunately.
The only possibility I see is to write a script which will do that via API:
- request item list via function "queue" or "history";
- iterate through the list, check title;
- use method "editqueue" to change dupescore.
