Not downloading?

Hi All,

First post here for support, so hi all...

Been using NZBGet for about a year with no issues, its suddenly decided to stop downloading my queue. Set up as follows:

QNAP TS-413A NAS (Ver. 4.3.4.0675 (10/08/2018))
NZBGet Ver. 20.0 (Just updated from 19.0, wasn't downloading on 19.0 either)
Sonarr Ver. 2.0.0.5228 (No reported health issues)
Radarr Ver. 0.2.0.1120 (No reported health issues)

Are there any known issues at present with downloading? I've updated my NAS firmware, rebooted the NAS, updated NZBGet and restarted Sonarr, Radarr and NZBGet all to no avail.

Any help or suggestions would be most welcome (I'm missing my TV content fix!!!) :-(

Any errors or warnings on messages tab?
If not - check the following:
Are there any (unpaused) files in queue?
Is download paused (the round button must be green)?
Are there any news servers defined on level 0 in settings?
Are these news servers active (not disabled)?
Are options ErrorTarget, WarningTarget, InfoTarget, DetailTarget set to "both"?
