I prefer nzbget over sabnzbd... But one thing I like about saz is that it lets me start it up in a paused state.
This is something that is particularly helpful for people that use a vpn... Although there are other situations I think where it would be useful.
I am hopeful we could see this functionality in a future release.

Add parameter "-P" to command line, for example:
Or create a scheduler task with command "PauseDownload". Time of the task doesn't matter if there is only one task.

I've tried adding a -P to the shortcut.
Target: "C:\Program Files\NZBGet\nzbget.exe" -P
A command window opens with the title of nzbget, and eventually closes. It doesn't seem to work - I must be doing something wrong?
Thanks!

You need to use command "-s" to start in server mode and windows-special switch "-app" to bring tray icon. Try this:
Code: Select all
"C:\Program Files\NZBGet\nzbget.exe" -app -s -P

So, serious question... It starts fine without any command line parameters, but the second I add one command line parameter to the shortcut, I have to add two more?
