Hi everyone. Love Nzbget but running into a recurring problem.
This has happened with installs on Windows Server 2012 AND 2019.
After a random period of time, hours to days, the web UI will fail to connect. It doesn't matter if I am on the localhost, lan, or remote. Prior to the failure, everything works well. The CONSOLE will continue to work, but I need web and nzb360 access.
Only solution is to restart Nzbget in the local computer. Difficult when I am on the road.
Computer specs are great... No other software has this issue. Sonarr, radarr, etc continue to connected with web and 360.
Any ideas ? Thanks.

One user has reported similar problem with VPN software running on the same computer with nzbget. My guess was that VPN software causes changing of host IP address and that may lead to port binding issues in nzbget. That's can be an issue in your case though.

Thanks for your reply. I use private internet access VPN and will avoid using that for now and try it out.

Sorry, I had a typo in my previous message. I meant it can't be an issue in your case, because VPN software isn't running on the same computer with nzbget.
At the moment I have no idea what can be causing the issue
Maybe you can somehow check which ports nzbget still has open and listens to?

Well, yes and no.
I have open VPN in the router for incoming connections.
But I have Private Internet Access on the server , with VPN for outgoing and incoming connections.
I have disabled PIA and will check to see if it happens.
