Failed Download, but didn't fail

Post by ronrosenfeld » 15 Mar 2019, 03:29

I have been seeing this recently. I use nzbGet and Sickchill running in Docker on a Synology NAS.
Unlike another thread with similar problems, I use nzbGeek.info for my nzb source.

In the nzbGet log, I see:

Code: Select all

Thu Mar 14 2019 10:28:00	INFO	nzbToSickBeard: [10:28:00] [WARNING]::SICKBEARD: No media files found in directory /downloads/completed/xxx.xxxx.xxxxx.S03E01.720p.WEBRip.x264-KOMPOST-Obfuscated. Processing this as a failed download
However, the download appeared to work and the media file *.mkv was indeed moved from the completed folder to the destination folder.

I had recently reinstalled SickChill, but I don't think I changed anything in the configuration (using the same config file).

Any thoughts?

All good from nzbget side, the file was correctly downloaded and unpacked.

Thank you for looking at that.

Rechecking the log, I think I may have found the problem. It seems related scripts are triggered twice.

Code: Select all

Thu Mar 14 2019 10:27:41	INFO	nzbToMedia: [10:27:41] [INFO]::MAIN: Script triggered from NZBGet Version 20.0.

Thu Mar 14 2019 10:27:59	INFO	nzbToSickBeard: [10:27:59] [INFO]::MAIN: Script triggered from NZBGet Version 20.0.
The first one finishes successfully; the second fails since the file has already been moved out of the completed folder.

I had both set to run in the Extensions option of nzbGet. So I think I just need to remove the second.
