Page Not Found

Post by OxfordElectronics » 19 Mar 2019, 20:52

I had NZBGet all set up and working, we got a new modem and switch on my network. I plugged the NZBGet pc into that switch and now it will not load the config page. No matter what I do to troubleshoot, uninstall/reinstall etc. Everything else like sonar, radar, lidarr, NAS and Plex all work. Any thoughts?

What do you mean with config page?
What OS and hardware?
Did you use nzbget installer from nzbget download page or from some other source?

NZB config being the webpage with all the settings for paths connections etc. It has an ip address and port in the web link url. I can ping the nzbget ip with success but not sure about the port and how to ping that if possible?

Running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit with direct ethernet cable connected to a switch which connects to the router and then to the modem. I also have a nas connected to the switch that nzbget has file on for paths like scrips, config files, etc.

I was using the official stable installer direct from nzbget.

When you on Windows PC and you start nzbget by launching nzbget.exe from Windows explorer with double click - does it start? Is process nbzget.exe running? Is tray icon displayed? The icon has troubleshooting menu.
