Hey Guys,
I have been hunting down an answer to this for a little and can't seem to find anything specific.
I set my download speed limit at 100000 KB/s. Even before I had set a cap, I would see my download speeds at the top average around 70-80 MB/s anyways. However, I noticed on the server where NZBGet is installed, if I open task manager, I see my network at full capacity the entire time I'm downloading something (about 800-900 MB/s) it never goes lower than 600 MB/s
Because of this, anytime I am downloading anything, I can't watch plex and no one can stream from my library. Am I missing something?

800-900 MB/s?!! So 6400 - 7200 Mbps? So you're on a 10 GigE connection, right?
... or are you confusing bits and Bytes, which is dangerous in cases like this.

I'm assuming the system is dealing in bytes since everything I see is in bytes. I suppose my task manager could be relaying in bits which would be 800 megabits and would make sense.
I'm adjusting to 30,000 kilobytes/second, which should bring my network draw down to about 240 megabits/second max to test.
But to answer your question I'm on a 1gig network draw, so to be able to stream from 2-3 devices while downloading (plex streaming set to 12mbps remote) this should suffice I think.
I apologize, I may have confused the bytes and bits.
