NZNGet not renaming files

Post by moviefan26 » 16 Jan 2021, 16:21

I’m using videosort with NZBGet. It worked once to rename files but not a second time.

I’ve reinstalled it and that didn’t help.

In the messages section of NZBGet I’m seeing ‘no renamed files found’ - I wonder if that’s a clue.

Anyone know why it won’t rename?

Here's more info from the log if that helps, its just a random NZB that I tried for troubleshooting. I've picked the lines that seem to have to do with naming.

In this log there no signs of VideoSort being executed at all. Check if VideoSort is selected in script settings.

Thanks - that was it. I can't believe how much time I spent trying to fix it for something that basic. Oh well.
