I search this forum but didn't see it mentioned.
It seems sometime in July nzbget started downloading all par2 files which is wasting my metered bandwidth. 21.0 is the version I was using but installing 21.1 didn't fix the issue. Is there a fix?
Here are the par2 related variables from my .nzbget:
- ParCheck=always
ParRepair=yes
ParScan=extended
ParQuick=no
ParBuffer=512
ParThreads=0
ParRename=yes
ParIgnoreExt=.sfv, .nzb, .nfo
ParTimeLimit=0
ParPauseQueue=no
Thanks

Check that option DirectRename is active.

That option wasn't in my file but things seem fixed after adding it. Thanks hugbug!
Now I wonder what other options my old .nzbget is missing

Do you edit config file manually? Just open settings in web-interface and click "Save". All missing options will be added to configuration file with default values.

Yes I'm old school and live on the command line. (It was many months before I even realized there was a web interface.) Thanks for the tip!
