Server start/stop from web interface

Post by nobody » 11 May 2008, 17:38

Hello,

I greatly support nzbget, and I'd like to know if it could be possible to start/stop the server from the web interface ?

I made a few tries in PHP using exec() or system() but nothing working for the moment...

To shutdown the server you can send a remote-command "shutdown" via XML-RPC or JSON-RPC in PHP:
GetRequest("shutdown", null) or GetRequest("shutdown", "");

Can you post error-messages?

I like that. When the primary interface is nzbgetweb, daemon mode makes the most sense. Would it be possible to add start/stop daemon links to the nzbgetweb interface?
