Compilation on OpenBSD

Post by dlareg » 19 Mar 2005, 17:03

Hi,

Firstly, apologies for cross posting, but has anybody actually compiled and used this on OpenBSD?

If so, could you please let me know what you did and how you got around the make errors? I've installed all of the required ports, it configures okay, but doesn't make properly (i think).

When issuing a make I get the following error:

"Makefile", line 139: Need an operator
Fatal errors encountered -- cannot continue

TIA,

gerald

Hi,

I think tried nzbget 0.1.1 on OpenBSD 3.3 about a year ago. It did compile but I had problems with threads.

Maybe you didn't use gmake instead of make?
