Check options "serverip", "serverport" and "serverpassword" in settings.php.
Can you test with the latest testing version of nzbgetweb?

in my settings.php
Server IP: 192.168.0.103
Server Port: 8080
Server Password: ""
I left server password blank I don't know what it's really asking for.. I never set a password.

As the comments in settings.php say the options "serverip", "serverport" and "serverpassword" must have the same values as options in nzbget.conf. Otherwise nzbgetweb will not be able to communicate with nzbget-server.
Option "ServerPort=8080" is definetely not correct. 8080 is the port of web-server, not of nzbget-server.
Just look in "nzbget.conf" and put the same values into your "settings.php".

Sorry for waiting.
I really didn't had a clue. Looked like a problem in configuration of web-server or php.
Glad seeing it working now.
Happy Christmas.
