Script to mark failed when health is below 95%?

Hello,

Been using nzbget for almost a year now, I got a 10gbps server and was watching downloads a few times and I'm only averaging 2gbps. I noticed that the cause was that when NZBGet is failing to download articles then it goes looking for it on all of the servers. Now the issue is that it takes so long to finish this process. Below 95% its more likely that download will fail anyway. So I'd rather just risk getting a new NZB than waste time waiting hoping that it will be repairable.

Is there any way to cancel that search after like its already below 95% and mark it failed? I dont have much scripting knowledge so I am asking.

Thank you!
