clintonhall wrote:sorry... not sure how that got in there. the file I copied from to put in this forum did not have that "0"... I must have hit a wrong key when checking/posting here.

The script has been edited in my post above. Please try editing the script and replacing from my original post. This should now run.
I replaced the file with the corrections you made but am now getting this error.

I have gone back and done some testing...
If called from SABnzbd this should work... called manually there was an issue, I have edited my earlier post to make an addition. Please edit sabToSickBEard.py again.

Also, in the same directory as saToSickBeard.py, you still need to have the files autoProcessTV.py and autoProcessTV.cfg

I made the changes as per your instructions but now get this error message.

Thank you AGAIN for devoting time to this.

If this script worked from SABnzbd but nor from NZBGet, I'm guessing your SABnzbd startup must export the requests lib to the PYTHONPATH environment...
You could add this same export to NZBGet startup. Or otherwise try installing the python requests module.

Thanks clintonhall, but that's way beyond my level of expertise! Will wait for someone else to figure this out. Thanks a ton once again for your help.

Am I understand correctly that you did not even try the normal nzbToMedia version yet asking help to build a special version for you? What's the point?

I did try the nzbToMedia option and was looking for something far simpler. I asked if it was possible to use the SabToSickbeard script or something similar instead of nzbToMedia and clintonhall very generously tried to help me. I didn't mean to waste his time. I'm here looking for help that's all. Greatly appreciate all the work you all have put in.

I understand yet I think you would probably already have a working setup if you would stick with nzbToMedia, since this is what most people use. It is configurable directly from NZBGet web-interface and therefore easier than the old script.

Worth noting that nzbToMedia does include the requests lib... So the last error you have shouldn't be an issue in nzbToMedia.

Also worth noting that SickRage actually now includes nzbToMedia in place of the old sabToSickBeard.
