Update:
- added special support for CPU-architecture x86_64. Although 64 bit systems usually can run 32 bit programs, it turned out not every system can this. Therefore extra support for x86_64, even if NZBGet doesn't require that much memory offered by 64 bit OS'es;
- if you have used older versions of the installer on a x86_64 system then you have i686 binary installed. To update to x86_64 please install again over your existing version. Updates via web-interface always preserve previously selected CPU-architecture.
Installers for r1278 and r1279 updated.

what does the precompiled binary use? Openssl or Gnu TLS? thanks!

Quick Update.
Updated to r1285 from r1279... works fine in QNAP and Asustor Apps.
No issues with the changed "default" paths. These apps just retain the existing config, but for new install they currently revert to $MainDir/dst as the Apps include a config file with some hard-coded paths already.
For the next App update I'll change the defaults to be inline with your new defaults...

thanks! on my go flex home nzbget installed through this crashes if i set the Log option to anything other than "None".. i tried the update which installed the latest version released today as well.. same.. crashes on every start if any log option other than None is set..

Hey hugbug,
Now I'm trying to install NZBGet on my ASUS AC87 router, but I get "illegal instruction"...Here's the install output...
Installer for nzbget-16.3

Installation completed
Quick help (from nzbget-directory):
./nzbget -s - start nzbget in console mode
./nzbget -D - start nzbget in daemon mode (in background)
./nzbget -C - connect to background process
./nzbget -Q - stop background process
./nzbget -h - help screen with all commands
Successfully installed into /tmp/home/root/NZBGet
Please advise.

Try reinstalling with parameter "--arch armel".
