[REQ] Blu-Ray ISOs and directories to MKV Remux

Post by TRaSH » 02 Jul 2017, 09:42

I'm looking for a script that Remuxes Blu-Ray ISO's or Directories to a mkv file (1 on 1 no decoding),
I've found this one from arugifa but it seems it doesn't like windows and isn't maintained anymore.

I'm looking for this because plex doesn't support ISO's or folder structure.

nzbToMedia will transcode dvd iso, but it is designed to work with CouchPotato/SickBeard etc...
The transcoder itself can be used isolated with some config tweaks.

This uses 7zip and ffmpeg. it will pipe the streams directly from the iso (using 7zip) and into ffmpeg, so no wasted resources in mounting, extracting, then transcoding...

I have not specifically looked at Blu-Ray iso... could be modified without too much drama... would just need to know the layout of the folder structure. A stand-alone iso to mkv remux script could be easily created from this...???

The video/audio should stay untouched because i want full video/audio quality.

This is what you want... works mint... I converted nearly 500 .iso's using this and it worked flawlessly every time.

Just make sure you don't leave the source and destination the same, that's the only 'got ya'.

Best,
