Hi
I dont have any extentions running. Also my nzbget is behind nginx (reverse proxy) and it only started happening this morning, I've not done anything in the past 7 days.

Since it runs behind nginx it will always print the IP of the nginx-machine meaning the requests may come from other machines.

So it could be coming from outside my network?

On a second thought these requests are probably not coming from nginx. "Non-nzbget request received" means the requests are not HTTP. Nginx would not pass such requests to NZBGet.
Try changing port in NZBGet and see if the requests continue coming.
