Hey guys, i am trying to run NZBGet as a service on windows server 2016, but it wont work.
first time it did say service installed, but it did not start after a restart. and now it says "Could not install service"
Code: Select all
C:\Users\Administrator>nzbget -install
Could not install service
any help on that?

It probably can't install because the service already exist.
Check in service manager if service exist. Is it configured for automatic start?
What happens if you try to start the service from service manager?
Does the program work if started as application?

thanks for the quick reply,
so its working now. i feel stupid.
i checked the Service manager (which i did not bevor i thought installing in the shell is it) and it was set to manuell start. i changed it and its working now
thanks for the help - best client for Usenet, using it since years.
